Any chance that the demolition crew could come to my meetings? I could use the help. LOL!

Oh my gosh, they would be SO BUSY in meetings! So many things to destroy. Lol!

I really needed them yesterday! LOL!

It's like you just knew I had an event this week I was considering bailing on. This is so helpful to me as someone whose ADHD and anxiety often trap them into a "deciding last minute not to go/then feeling guilty about not going/then feeling FOMO after the event is over" misery loop. Thank you!

Ah ha! Great timing. And if the event is awful, feel free to blame me! : )

I find that when having to do something I really don't want to do, if I break it down into small bits, it becomes more manageable. I begin by asking myself questions such as what do I hope to achieve by attending? Sometimes this is as small as 'good snacks' or 'maybe someone will bring their dog' but we all have our own personal goals.

I love this, Rebecca! I should do a Monday Motivation about breaking things down into small, small bits!

For some reason, the illustration of the Demo Crew reminded me of the characters from Bob's Burgers. LOL Which is not a bad thing. I used to love watching that show.

Yes! I haven't watched it, but I need to!
