Oh yes, writing with pen and paper is one of the best ways to process! I love doing it. But my handwriting has become SO BAD. I just type, type, type. My hands forgot how to write.

I have a file called NOT MY PROBLEM and I absolutely stuff it with thoughts almost daily. Sometimes HOURLY!

That's a great one!

Love all of these! I have a file for “what should I make for dinner” that I take out and ruffle through what feels like are the same recipes just changed seasonally.

Whenever I go into my "What should I make for dinner" folder, only one item is there: Tacos.

You can’t go wrong with tacos!!!!

I need a folder for “Embarassing moments that I need to forget about instead of reliving over and over” 🙈

Indeed! You need to throw those moments over to that awkward dancing show (I think that was two Monday Motivations ago...)

I totally missed that one!!! Just went back and read it - hilarious 🤣

I've started writing down these thoughts in a journal recently. Sort of getting the files out of my head and on to paper.

It seems to make my brain run smoother! Lol!

Totally! I do that too. It's more helpful than you even expect, you know?

I like it.

Then we could get into “deleting folder”, “forwarding folder”, putting one folder into another (never to be found again!), …

Oh my gosh, yes! I have a bunch of folders on my desktop just called "FILE THIS!!" And within some of those folders, there are sub-folders called "FILE THIS."

It's not the best system.

on the one hand, the mental file folders are a great idea. on the other hand, as I get older, I'm finding that putting things into folders (mental and otherwise) sometimes leads them to fall off the back of the desk (or, perhaps, sprout legs and wander off to join those items that were 'put someplace safe'). I'm also pretty sure that I have a mental paper shredder for those things I really do need to remember. 'ph, yes. I need to remember that. Bzzzzzzzzzz.'

I love the way you think! Great ideas, Adrienne.👍🏼☺️

Also, are you still doing the drama with the Lego characters? Haven’t seen those in awhile, but then I haven’t been on my phone a whole lot either! 😂😂. 2/5/24

Thank you so much for asking! I love doing those stories with my Hedger Corp employees! It's one of my favorite things. I haven't done a story in a while, but I have a couple planned. Do you have Instagram? I have a Hedger Corp account where I post the updates... : )

Oh, wonderful! I do have an Instagram account. I’ll check it out. Thanks for responding back. ;)
